3 & 4-Year-Old Preschool—Kristy Weinert
I live in Hingham with my husband David and 2 boys. We moved into the area 5 years ago for my husband’s job. I received my degree in Early Childhood from Northern Michigan University in May of 1995. Since this time I have worked with many ages of children raging from infants to 5 years old. In September of 2006 I started at Our Lady of the Lakes Child Care Center where I worked until taking the preschool position in 2009. I am very excited to be teaching preschool here at OLL. It is a great place for young children to learn and grow. I get such joy out of watching them learn and discover new ideas in our classroom daily.
Kindergarten & First Grade—Deb Chipman
I went to high school in Schofield, WI and then onto college at US La Crosse. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education. Then it was on to the big city of Milwaukee where I got my first teaching job at Mother of Good Counsel School. I taught 4th and 6th grades. I met my husband, Todd during that time and we became parents to 5 great kids. I became a full time mom for many years. While the baby of the family was in kindergarten and first grade I was a substitute teacher and then I was fortunate to be hired to teach second grade at OLL in 2002. I have enjoyed getting to know all the students and their families.
2nd & 3rd Grade—Ronda Goetsch
I am an alumni of OLL, received my Bachelor of Science degree from UW-Milwaukee in 1980. I have been teaching at Our Lady of the Lakes since 1980, and I reside in rural Random Lake. I feel fortunate to be able to use God as an example to teach the children the social skills of being understanding and respectful to each other. One can only achieve in the academics if they are surrounded with a safe and loving atmosphere.

Computers & Technology — Gail Graczyk
I am a recently retired Music Education and Technology Educator who has taught for thirty seven years. My BA in Music Education was obtained from Mount Mary College, Milwaukee in 1974. I later returned to school to get a Masters in Church Music and Liturgy from St. Joseph’s College, Rensselear, IN, with emphasis in Organ and Education. Finally, after being enamored with everything that was happening in Education in regards to Technology, I returned one final time to get a second Master’s degree in Educational Technology from Marian University, Fond du Lac. My goal, similar to that of my predecessor, is to create an exciting and innovative atmosphere for the children to learn in the technology skills they will need to take them into their future.
