ALUMINUM CANS

Collect all your aluminum cans in a plastic bag and just drop them off at the Cedar Valley Cheese Store.  They will take the cans in for recycling and designate the funds for OLL School.  The Cedar Valley Cheese Store is located at W3115 Jay Rd, right off of Hwy 57 between Fredonia and Random Lake.  While you’re there, taste test some of their great cheese products.  Any questions, please call Tracy Hiller - 994-9500.

PRINTER CARTRIDGES

Most families have at least one computer and printer.  OLL School is participating in a cartridge-recycling program that raises money for them and helps the environment.  Please collect your used printer, fax, and copier cartridges from home or work and drop them off at the OLL School office.  OLL School will earn money for every cartridge/cell phone recycled and you'll be helping the environment!  Quarterly a check is received to purchase various school items for the students and classrooms.  For more information go to www.greenschoolproject.com.

MARKET DAY

Market Day goods are a great way to earn money for our school and for you to get groceries you may purchase every week.  ALSO, this can take the leg work out of going to the grocery store and trying to figure out what “you’ll make for supper tonight”.

BOX TOPS for EDUCATION

Here are two easy ways to earn cash for OLL School through your everyday activities.

  1. CLIP:  Clip Box Tops from hundreds of participating General Mills products.  Box tops are worth $0.10 each when OLL School redeems them through General Mills.
  2. SHOP THE BOX TOPS FOR EDUCATION MARKETPLACE:   Start every online shopping trip at the Box Tops Marketplace at www.boxtops4education.com.  You’ll find your favorite online stores such as Lands’ End and JC Penney. Up to 10% of each qualifying purchase is donated to your designated Box Tops school (OLL).

Schools are issued two checks per year. The December 15th check includes all Box Tops earnings accrued from March 1 to October 31 totaling $20.00 or more.  (If the total is less than $20.00, this amount will be carried over and paid in the April 15 check).  The April 15 check includes Box Tops earnings accrued from November 1 through February 28.  Additional information and on-line product coupons can be found at www.boxtops4education.com.

Any questions, please call Susan Risch – 994-9240.

LABELS for Education
When you clip and submit UPC labels from Campbell’s products we can earn school supplies, computer software, books, videos or even playground equipment for OLL School.  Campbell's Labels for Education is a school fundraising program.  For more than 30 years, Labels for Education™ has been awarding free educational merchandise to schools. The program was designed with busy families in mind as an alternative to traditional fundraising. You, your family and friends can assist by saving the proof of purchase from Campbell products and dropping them off at OLL School in the designated containers.  OLL School redeems the points collected for FREE educational merchandise from the Campbell's Labels for Education catalog, such as: computers, software, sports equipment, musical instruments, library books and even a minivan. It’s a fun, easy program where students, families and members of the community work together for a common goal.  Today, 75,000 schools and organizations are registered with Labels for Education™, benefiting more than 42 million students. Over the years, they have been able to provide more than $100 million in merchandise to America's schools!

Remember, you no longer need to clip the entire front label – The program will only accept the UPC code itself.  For more information go to www.labelsforeducation.com or refer to the attached “Eligible Products” list (due to health issues, please do not save lids for the school). Any questions, please call Susan Risch – 994-9240.

MILK CAPS - Give-‘Em Five and Kids, Caps & Cash

Great way to earn money for those extras that aren't covered in the OLL School’s operating budget by redeeming caps from specially mark GG Golden Guernsey Dairy®, Morning Glory™, and Kemps milk products. Through "Kids Caps & Cash," (Golden Guernsey & Morning Glory) and Give ‘Em Five (Kemps) programs students are encouraged to collect specially mark caps from their white and chocolate half-gallon and gallon jugs of milk.  OLL School will receive 5¢ for each specially marked cap.   Please save, rinse and turn in the caps in the designated drop off bins in OLL School’s principle entrance. Our Milk Caps Programs coordinator will count them, batch them up, and periodically submit them for redemption of 5¢ per cap.  KEEP DRINKING YOUR MILK and hand in those caps!

Any questions, please call Robin Sanderson – (262) 692-6378.

 GOODSEARCH

Just like “Pennies From Heaven”.  GoodSearch is a search engine and every time you search or shop the Internet at GoodSearch.com, the charities and schools designated by its users earns money.  The money GoodSearch donates to OLL comes from its advertisers — the users and the organizations do not spend a dime

Here’s how it works:

  • On the GoodSearch homepage, type in Our Lady of the Lakes in Random Lake WI and designate them as your charity.
  • Search the Internet just like you normally would — the site is powered by Yahoo!, so you'll get the same high-quality search results you're accustomed to.
  • Fifty percent of the revenue generated from advertisers is shared with the charity, school or nonprofit organization of your choosing.

A faster way to earn money for OLL is to shop the Internet through GoodSearch.  Here’s how:

  • On the GoodSearch homepage, type in Our Lady of the Lakes in Random Lake WI and designate them as your charity.
  • When you are going to shop the Internet, simply go to GoodSearch.com and access the site you would like to shop through the GoodSearch Shopping tab.
  • You will be directed to the same website you would normally use.
  • There are over 1000 on line merchants available and they pay a percentage back as a charitable contribution.
  • There are many popular participants like Amazon, I-Tunes, Dell, Kohls, Target, Best Buy, Wal-mart, Hotels.com and the list goes on and on.  Please help spread the word.
  • If your company or business purchases supplies, books, computers, hotels or rental cars over the Internet, please see if they can setup OLL and use GoodSearch.

For additional information go to www.goodsearch.com

Or contact Curt Blaszczyk – (262) 692-3521.

SCRIP

Scrip is a great way to earn money for our school and for you to pay for items (clothing, grocery, gas, restaurants, etc.) you purchase every day.  ALSO, scrip cards make great Birthday, Anniversary, Graduation, and Christmas gifts.  Take all the leg work out of buying gifts for your loved ones and just purchase SCRIP.  To make this even easier, we now have a number of SCRIP cards available for immediate purchase at the Cedar Valley Cheese Store.  If you would like some cards or have any questions, please call Stacy Bichler - 994-4739.
