1. Lunch & milk is sold the first day of each school week. Lunches and milks are sold in quantities that work best for the family.
2. If a student is absent, they may purchase lunch/milk on the first day back.
3. Please put the money (cash or check) in an envelope with the student’s name on it. If you wish to write one check for two or more students please indicate the amount for each child on the envelope. The student will place this in the teacher’s classroom folder at the beginning of the day. Money will come from the classroom and lunches/milks will be recorded on the master lunch log in the office. If there is change due, it will come back in the Thursday folder. The master log will be kept in the office. Lunches/milks will be recorded at the end of the lunch line each day.
4. If a student forgets their lunch money, the office will inform the child. A note from the office will go home to parents when money is due. If the student owes for more than 5 lunches the student will be given a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with milk, and charged the full hot lunch price. This has not been a major problem in the past. Every effort will be made to ensure you are notified.
5. You can also write one check to cover lunch and tuition, just mark your envelope accordingly.
6. This system maintains the confidentiality of reduced and free lunches at our school.
7. Free and reduced price meals are available through the National School Lunch Program, click here to download the application, for questions contact the school office (920) 994-9962.
Please call the office if you have any questions, 994-9962.
