Registration – Family:

$ 80.00 per family by June 15 / $ 100.00 per family after June 15, 2010

·          This fee is in addition to tuition, book/supply fee, technology fee, service hours and late fees.

 

Non-Parishioner – Registration:

$ 546.00 per year – paid in addition to the family registration, tuition, book, technology, service hours and late fees. School families that are members of Our Lady of the Lakes Congregation are requested to contribute to the parish financially. This fee represents the amount requested for a single or mixed religion marriage membership at our parish. Parish members include anyone in the Tri-parish cluster.

·          Book/Supply and Technology fees are charged for each child – Kindergarten through Grade 6.

·          Tuition discount does apply for Preschool (3rd & 4th+ Child).

 

Mandatory Fundraiser – 2011 Datebook ($20.00 per book - $400.00/20 books)

For the 2010/2011 school year the Home & School Association will conduct a 2011 calendar raffle with 365 chances to win. Cash prizes will be awarded for every day of the year with bonus payouts on Sundays and Holidays.

·          Each family is required to sell 20 datebooks, $20.00 each totaling $400.00 due December 15, 2010.

·          Families will have 7 to 8 months to sell the datebooks, available May or June.

·          Contract the principal if your family has circumstances that make you unable to meet this requirement.

                                                                                                                                                                     

Family Commitment Plan – 35 Service Hours ($10.00 per hour - $350.00/35 hours)

We encourage parents to participate in the activities of Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Grade School. One of the keys to the success of our school is its parental involvement. We are the role models for our children, their primary teachers. The school spirit we demonstrate shows the importance of active participation in our community which benefits the spiritual, moral, and intellectual growth of our children.

         

The goal of our Family Commitment Plan is to maximize parental involvement in our school to provide services or raise funds that could minimize the increasing expenses of our school.

·        Families of school children in Kindergarten through Grade 6: 35 service hours are required, or pay $10.00 per hour for each hour not served.

·        Families have until June 15, 2011 to complete their 35 hours.

·        A family may choose to buy out of this program; cost per family is $350.00 for the school year.

·        Adults only can earn the service hours. If children accompany the adult they must be properly supervised.

·        Contract the principal if your family has circumstances that make you unable to meet this requirement.

 

Late Fees:       $10.00 per month if payment is received after the 15th of the month.

 

Payment Options:

1.)     Payment in full at registration – August 11, 2010.

2.)     Ten (10) monthly payments due the 15th of each month – first payment due August 15, 2010.

3.)     Alternate arrangements can be made but must be specified on the Parent Contract with Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Grade School and approved by the Principal.

The congregation is the major financial contributor to the existence of our school. We encourage all members to support our parish financially.
